Lewis Hamilton will be hoping to head into Formula 1's summer break on a high at this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix as Ferrari continue their recent resurgence, while Mercedes look to solve the issues that have derailed George Russell's title challenge.
Hamilton reclaimed second place in the drivers' standings after last weekend's Belgian Grand Prix and arrives at one of his most successful circuits, where he has claimed multiple victories during his illustrious career.
Ferrari building momentum
Ferrari have enjoyed an encouraging run of form, with Charles Leclerc winning at Silverstone before finishing second at Spa, while Hamilton claimed victory in Spain before securing third in Britain and fourth in Belgium.
The Scuderia expect the Hungaroring to suit their package better than the high-speed Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
"Now each weekend we start from scratch. It's a lot about setup and tyre management," a Ferrari team member said.
"Budapest will probably suit us much better than Spa, but it's not a given. On paper the engine deficit will be less of an issue, but we still have to execute."

Mercedes seek answers at Hungary Grand Prix
Mercedes arrive in Hungary facing growing concerns over George Russell's recent struggles.
The Briton has slipped 50 points behind teammate Kimi Antonelli after spinning out of the Belgian Grand Prix, marking his third scoreless race of the season.
Antonelli, meanwhile, has enjoyed a remarkable campaign with six victories from 10 races and believes several teams could challenge for victory this weekend.
"It's going to be another track that's a bit more like Monaco, where you just try to drive as fast as you can," the Italian said.
"I think it's going to be very tight between all of us, and that's why it will be important to put everything together."

Max Verstappen's Red Bull and reigning constructors' champions McLaren are also expected to be in contention on the slower, more technical Hungaroring layout.
McLaren will introduce a significant upgrade package that includes a new floor and aerodynamic components, while continuing to evaluate an experimental rear wing.
Ferrari, meanwhile, will hope the characteristics of the Hungarian circuit allow Hamilton and Leclerc to continue closing the gap to the championship leaders before Formula 1 heads into its August break.
